CMDR Ezuri n' Elves

This deck is highly dependent on Elves, mana ramp, and drawing cards.

There are 27 elves (including Ezuri [They aren’t all pure mana rampers]),  27 mana, and additional 9 on top of that totaling 63 (27+27+9) possible cards boosting cards that should reduce board wipes to be less of a problem.  Maybe it is OCD, but I love to create symmetry in my decks.  Hence, 99 the number of cards in a commander deck is divisible by nines, a sign of good design.
