This is a mana ramping deck.  If played correctly, your lands should be flying everywhere.  First, Sakura-Tribe Scout, Skyshroud Ranger, and Exploration are for setting up a fast land delivery system.  The next phase is to maximize those cards mana abilities through searching your library for mana; these cards would be Harrow, Nissa's Pilgrimage (essentially Cultivate or Kodama's Reach, but on steroids), Seek the Horizon, and Shard Convergence.  The last phase is to play fatty beatsticks.
